Tipo di linea errore di visualizzazione

Post by vito.samp » Mon Mar 13, 2023 11:03 pm

buonasera,

This drawing isn't even close to common CAD praxis. Did you receive the drawing from somebody else in this quality or is it the result of you trying to fix it?
There are two floor plans:
The upper right is enlarged 1000 times according to what I think what it has to be.
The lower left is also off scale - other than that I can't interpret what it needs to be. Do you have a reference measurement for that floor plan?

I would recommend to keep the drawing in mm and fix the scale issues. Then arrange (move) the two floor plans side by side for a better handling of this drawing. After that it should be already easy to print it with normal line width. If you still face problems please feel free to post the edited drawing to your post and we will take it from there. The result should look something like this:

CIAO,

Quindi 1,23 cm verrà convertito in 12,3 mm o 1,23 mm in 0,123 cm.

hi,
Drawings are in plain numbers without measurement units.
1,23 units may be expressed in mm, cm or even km.
Changing the drawing unit from mm to cm would mean that before something was 1,23mm long and now it is 1,23cm long.
The unit is just a postfix ... When drawing ... It is even not displayed.

To really convert between drawing units you need to use Edit .. Convert Drawing Unit (CU).
Then 1,23cm will be converted in 12,3mm or 1,23mm in 0,123cm.

Line weights are always in mm, now it plays a role what the drawing unit is.
Something 1,23mm long and 1mm wide is like a dot, 1,23cm long in the same width is a thick line.
The Line weight is also not scaled, it is the pen width on paper whatever the paper scale is.

When drawing in Model Space we tend to use Screen-based Linetypes (LN)

Then the facade at 'Via Pieri' is about 15,131 meters long.

I can almost match the right part of 'PIANO SECONDO' with the upper right but then scaled up about 20 times.
Or the elevator is a match or the stairwell but not both at the same scale factor.

Salve,

vi allego 3 screenshot, ho cambio unità da cm, mm e metri

se metto mm vedo line spesse, se metto metri vedo line continue, se metto cm vedo disegno corretto?

come mai?

come mai?
Già spiegato sopra.

Esempio reale:

Already explained above.

Real example:
Room K is drawn 3,329999 units wide.
The lines are drawn on layer 'sezione' and that has a pen width of 0,30mm.
Originally the Drawing was in mm.

With changing the drawing unit you do not change any size in the drawing ...
... Room K is always 3,329999 units wide.

But there is a visual difference between:
3,329999 units = mm with a pen 0,30mm ( =10%)
3,329999 units = cm with a pen 0,30mm ( =1%)
3,329999 units = m with a pen 0,30mm ( =0.1%)
Notice that the pen unit does not change.

I suspect that this part of the drawing is intended in meters.
But drawn at a scale 1mm = 1m.
It is common to draw everything in 1:1 whatever the prefered unit is.
It is not common to draw things in a certain scale, to fit things on a paper is by the paper scale in a later stage.

So when the drawing is in mm room K should be 3329,999 units wide.
To really convert between units you need to use 'Convert Drawing Unit' (CU)
