Jedes mal wenn ich versuche eine Neue Datei mit einer Metric-Vorlage zu erstellen stürzt Qcad ab (nach der Auswahl von metric). Imperial-Vorlagen funktionieren.
OS: Ubuntu 19.4

Ja, kann ich im Grundsatz nachvollziehen. Ich teste das nochmal und werde ggf. einen Bug Report einreichen.
