Hi All
Does anyone know of any settings that can change the default jogged line of the Ordinate
Dimension "I know you can hold down the Alt key to make it straight" but is there a setting
that removes this jogged part, so when I stretch a part the dimension text follows ?? See screenshot

Nope. Not to my knowledge. BTW - I appreciate the possibility to control the outcome of the style simply with the ALT key. But everybody has his/her own preference ...

Hi Husky
Yeah Alt key is also handy to draw orthogonal lines,
I sometimes hold Alt key down draw line say to the right let Alt key go hit space bar and type in length..

Cheers
John
PS need to let go of the mouse before Alt key or the line will move..a bit of a trick to it but once you've done it a few times it's a pretty fast way to draw.without having to switch ortho on and off and use line horizontal and line vertical icons..or type in command line @100.0 or whatever lol...sorry off subject a bit here 😁
