I purchased both the Qcad and Qcadcam software in 2018 and for some reason do not have the purchase documents with the date of purchase to know when it is time to renew my licences. Dumb question but if I purchased the QcadCam version does it contain all of the features of the QCad version and just the additional CAM functionality, If so then renewing one licence should be sufficient, right.

How can I find out when it is time to renew?

You will get a new e-mail with a download link and the expiry date.
When renewing, you only need to renew QCAD/CAM. QCAD/CAM is everything QCAD Professional + the CAM add-on.
