Did not receive email after purchase

Hello,

I purchased QCAD Pro for macOS on 19 Mar 2023 and I use it without any issues. The problem is, I did not receive the email after purchased. I want to install it on my other Windows pc. I tried the page "Recover Lost Download Link" but it showed "Order Not Found". What did I do wrong?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

If you did not receive an email after purchased, from where did you download the installation package?
Are you sure that you are running QCAD Pro on the mac?

Or is there a widget with:

There was a typo in the e-mail address that was entered during purchase. I've forwarded the e-mails with the download link and invoice to your correct e-mail address.
