I can upset your thinking here. It is rather assumed that everyone lives in some 'country', some 'nation'. I live on a small island in the western Pacific, one of the Mariana chain. We are not a 'country' -- we do not have passports or print money or any of those things that countries do. The people here seem to think that we are too small to take on such responsibilities. That's not really true, as other Pacific islands have established themselves. BTW, I use QCAD for all my 2D drawing. I looked at a lot of other programs and didn't like any of them. (I used to use Drafix CAD Ultra, which was a great program.) I also do a lot of 3D modeling, and I use Moment of Inspiration for that. It's a pure NURBS modeler, and if you want to get into 3D, you should give it a try.
