I'm trying to draw a developed view of a small sheet metal case.
How can I trim the little half- and quarter-arcs in the folding corners?

Thanks. I looked at it but I have no idea as to
- what menu topic I should choose between D2, B2 and AX
- which elements to click at which points
- whether to select an element first or not
The attached screenshots are showing what I would like to achieve. Not that you think that I already managed to do so
. I used Gimp to edit the screenshot to obtain the result.

Please refer to the user manual for step by step instructions for each of these tools, under

I think the problem why I couldn't get ahead was that the line shape is a polygon. Can I resolve a PL into lines?

Are you using QCAD Professional or the free QCAD Community Edition?

Thanks. Wasn't aware that I had been posting in the Qcad Pro section of the forum.
Back to the matter:
All the hassle I had and why I could not solve my problem intuitively with the suggested D2/B2 commands was, that my object was a PL (polyline) !
Thus my questsion in another thread how to resolve a PL into LI segments.
