In your commit link, I see a variable called "radiusLimit". Perhaps that's the clue to solving the problem. The DXF2GCODE program allows the user to set a value. I used a value of 750mm and it solved the problem. Without the limit, that program also produced very large circles on the rib underside. In the meantime, I'm using the "On" setting in the tool path profile as the laser beam is quite small, 0.2mm. I want to stay with QCAM as I've built a custom post processor for the Anilam Crusader 2. After it's tested soon, I'll publish it in this forum for others to use.
