Changing the Color of All Green Texts

Post by andrew » Mon Sep 14, 2015 1:03 pm

Whenever you need to change properties of all entities with a given condition (for example all red texts, all texts with size 2 or more, all arcs and circles, all closed polylines, etc) you can use the selection filter to select the appropriate entities or to reduce / extend the current selection.

- View > Selection Filter

- Click the button at the left to select all entities matching the given conditions
- Alternatively, you can use the other buttons to add to the current selection, remove those entities from the current selection or only select those entities already selected AND matching the given conditions (intersection)

If you wish to select all entities with a fixed color set to red and those which happen to be red because they are on a red layer and their color is set to 'by layer', you can use the filter property 'Displayed color' instead.

Once selected, you can use the property editor to change the color or other attributes or properties.
