Is there a direct email contact like "[email protected]"? Doesn't seem so. An attempt to turn to that address directly bounced.
I had downloaded the MacOS upgrade DMG file qcad-3.27.1-pro-macos-10.14-12.dmg to my MacBookPro (11.6.5 BigSur).
After opening the DMG I got this (funnily clobbered) picture:

Re: ugrade on macOS to 3.27.1 looks funny
I can confirm the same mis-placement of the two folders in the installation window when opening the 10.14.12 disk image. (I'm running MacOS 12.2.1 Monterrey). But all you have do do is drag the QCAD-Pro.app icon over top of the applications folder and it will initiate the installation process. This is just a cosmetic issue of some kind since the folders should be lower so they don't obscure the instruction graphic at the top.
