QCAD crashes with Linux Mint 21

Post by BigChinoDon » Mon Aug 08, 2022 2:26 am

I upgraded my computer yesterday to the newest version of Linux Mint 21.0. Now when I attempt to open QCAD 3.27.6 Pro I get the splash screen like normal, the screen border appears and then crashes. I've reinstalled QCAD and QT5 normally, but no change. Any suggestions?

Please reset your configuration:

If you cannot solve the problem, please start QCAD from a terminal and indicate the error message.

Please let us know what exact package (file name of the downloaded file) you have installed.

Thank you Andrew, that worked. Should have thought of that. I tested QCAD on another system that had a new install of Mint 21 and didn't have a problem.

Regards,
Don
