I found a weird one last night:
In the library I have a collection of bearings, mostly simplified views of files downloaded from the manufacturer's site? I picked a 6300 to insert in my drawing, the preview would not show and then it crashed the program!
I then browsed to the library folder and to open the dxf directly, everything worked ok. I re-saved the drawing in the library folder and tried the insertion again, same problem. Same thing happened when I tried on the laptop. Both machines are on Win7 pro, with the latest release of QCAD
On the main machine,I dumped the dxf and recreated it in the end.
I attached the copy that remained on the laptop if anyone wants to investigate...

Re: library item crashes QCAD
Maybe related to FS#2259 given the 149 Attribute Definitions
I have no issues running version 3.26.4.5. on Win7pro
Created a library item (BT) of your file, saved the dxf under the common library folder.
On inserting the item in a new file I get all the details of a 6300 skf listed.
Included the file itself under the common library folder.
Works just the same.

Hi CVH,
Have you tried copying my dxf directly in the library folder instead of creating a new one?

Hi J-J,
that file has 149 Attribute definitions on frozen layer AM_6. That doesn't looks right to me ...
