I have a problem with a DWG file in which there are certain blocks.
I attach dwg file and jpg from another cad program.
Some blocks do not show up. Other have a different color.
About fonts I know that there is a bug in OpenDesign.
Could you check this file?

Re: DWG file problem
One block is without content (PHE_PlateHeatExchanger) and the color is controlled by the active layer. Other than that I don't see really something wrong with the file.
To help you more efficient please describe exactly what you are doing, what you expect what should happen and what happened instead of that.

Re: DWG file problem
I attache what I see in my QCad.
1. The colors are not the same as the layers. Some parts of the blocks are in layer color some are not.
2. Some blocks are not visible.
Do you see the same what I see in QCad?
Mybe I have something wrong in Qcad or my OS (Win 7 64 Pro)?

Re: DWG file problem
Thanks - now we are on the same page ...
I guess to see what you are expect to see requieres a change in your QCAD settings:
Try this setting: Activate "Layer 0 behaves differently (best compatibility),
The "Question marks" in your text indicates that the used Text font has missing characters. Use a different font like "Standard" and the problem should be solved.

Re: DWG file problem
Thank you Husky.
It works!
Have you any idea about elements on Symbols layer?
I do not see them.
