Windows 10, 64 bit, QCAD latest version just purchased and downloaded.
The application splash screen opens and loads, the icon appears in the taskbar but no window show up on the monitor. If I hit alt-tab I can see that there is a window for QCAD but when I click on it nothing happens. I can right click the icon and close but when I click on it the window does not appear. What is going on? Just paid for this.
any help would be appreciated.

Re: application not visible on monitor
You run on your Computer multiple monitors?
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

Re: application not visible on monitor
Please try to reset QCAD to its default settings:

Re: application not visible on monitor
@Husky, yes I do, but it doesn't show up on any of them.
Re: application not visible on monitor
Thanks.
I assume your QCAD interface is moved to an off screen position which isn't covered by any of your monitors. The alt-tab shortcut has only the function to display all running application. On / Off monitor position doesn't matter. Thats the reason why it wasn't working ...
Ok, that means - we have to fish in the murky ....
Let's try the following ...
Launch QCAD, then:
1. Press and hold the Shift Key,
2. right mouse click on the QCAD icon in the taskbar,
3. a context menu pops up - chose with a left mouse click "Move",
4. the mouse pointer has changed to a four arrow symbol, move the mouse pointer in the center of your primary monitor, No click!
5. hit 2 or 3 times an arrow key on your keyboard. Doesn't matter which one.
6. move your mouse pointer on the monitor - the QCAD program should now jump to the mouse pointer.
7. move and place QCAD with the mouse in the center of your primary monitor, maximize the window size.
Good luck! Keep us posted.
