Some hatches don't stretch

Hello,
I'd like to reopen bug https://www.ribbonsoft.com/bugtracker/i ... ask_id=906 but when I click the button request reopen nothing happens.

My problem/bug is that some hatches, like CIRCLES and AR-SAND don't stretch. I don't know if this is a regression or that it was always there. I noticed it just now :) .
