Dimension extension line printing problem

Post by LouiseSJPP » Sun Feb 03, 2019 2:42 pm

When I print the extension lines of the dimensions print on top of the actual drawing lines. I'm choosing to print the dimension lines in light grey so the drawing can be seen clearly, but this then leaves gaps in the drawing where the extension lines are.

Is there a way to push the dimension layer down so it doesn't overwrite the drawing lines?

In the Layer List right-click the layer with the dimensions and choose Select Layer

then use Modify /Draw Order / Send to Back

hope it helps.
