[solved] Copy/Paste off 180 degrees

Post by slyde » Sat Dec 16, 2017 1:26 am

Hi Forum:

I hope this is just a setting that I can change, but all of my pastes are off 180 degrees. Look at the pics.

This is what I copied.

And here it is on the clipboard.

And this is what I get when I paste it.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? Thanks.

Slyde

Thanks for responding, Husky.

I can't find that option.

I've opened every toolbar, went through all of the menu. Where is this option found? :-)

We're talking about the Clipboard / Paste function?

Launch the Paste Tool and the Option Bar pops up ...

... if not then it is deactivated. Please check:

I can't take a screenshot with a menu rolled out, but I have Options checked. And when I toggle it on/off, this tool icon appears and disappears. But it isn't what you have.

What happens with this icon when you launch the Paste tool? It should change ...

Fixed.

None of that shows up until you ctrl + V

I got it cleared up. Thank you. And I apologize for my slowness. It never occurred to me that this tool wld show up on Paste only. My bad.

You are welcome.

Those options tied to a tool. Watch out for it - there are a couple more tools with options bars which are only visible when you launch the specific tool.
