Error while writing variable Dimtxt: Can not set dimtext to that value

Error while writing variable Dimtxt: Can not set dimtext to that value

From a QCAD user:
When saving a previously loaded drawing / new drawing, the error message "Error while writing variable Dimtxt: Can not set dimtext to that value" is displayed.

Please ensure that the text height for dimensioning is not set to zero (0):

For existing drawings:
Edit > Drawing Preferences > Dimension > Dimensioning Settings > Text height

For new drawings that are subsequently created:
Edit > Application Preferences > Defaults for New Drawings > Dimensioning Settings > Text height
