Printing cutout templates

inmac PclinuxOS QCAD Ver:3.21.3.8
What I Would like to Know is How to print out a Template that is the exact size that i draw but on paper. IE: a Circle that is 2 5/16 Diam. on screen and paper. :?: Had the problem also with some hold down clamps , ended up d/l a pdf from somewhere else . I am doing this using my just a desktop printer no large page formats just letter size paper.
