I´m trying out Qcad as I would like a low cost simple and user friendly cad program to recommend to our customers that buy plasma cutting tables and Laser cutters for drawing simple designs fast.
Is it possible to set a dimension after drawing for example a rectangle and also changing it like when sketching in Fusion 360, solid works etc?
To clarify I mean that I for example draw a rectangle by free hand so that its 43x50mm and then I would like to change it to 60x60mm.
How do i set and change dimensions after drawing?

First, it's important to note that there is no "rectangle" in most CAD software or CAD formats such as DXF/DWG. A rectangle consists of four lines or four line segments forming a polyline.
You can check the tool option "Create polyline" while drawing a rectangle and then use the property editor to adjust its width / height for convenience using the properties "Size 1" and "Size 2".
Coming from Fusion 360 or Solidworks, you would have to adapt the way you are use to working as QCAD does not work the same way.
