Is there a setting to turn off the marker (circle with cross hairs) that appears after moving an object?
I am using QCAD Professional version 3.27.8 on a mac.
[SOLVED] How do I hide the marker (tiny circle and crosshair) that remains after moving the last object?

Re: How do I hide the marker (tiny circle and crosshair) that remains after moving the last object?
No. That is the Relative Zero marker used for relative positioning. What you could do is to lock that marker in a position (like Absolute Zero) with Menu/Snap/Lock Relative Zero or change the marker color to something what bother you less below Application Preferences/Graphic View/Colors. Adjusting the Alpha Chanel of a color could help too. 255 = Full visibly / 0 = invisible.

That 'obnoxious little sucker' is a key functionality of QCAD.
Mostly it is at the last used coordinate.
Relative coordinates are based on that.
It also serves for snapping perpendicular or tangential.
It is not saved nor printed.
