[solved] Filter Only Within Selected Objects

Post by seasdes » Mon Sep 12, 2022 1:41 am

Sometimes I need to run a filter within selected objects only. Is there a way to do this?
Currently when I run a filter command it operates on all of the entities displayed.

The Selection Filter has 4 methods represented by icons:
- Replace Current
- Add
- Subtract
- Intersect

To filter within an existing selection one can use the Intersect method.
To filter out unwanted one uses the Subtract method.

No, unfortunately there is no way to do that. I would appreciate that option too ... :(
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.
