[solved] The dll file is missing

I installed QCAD 32-bit.
During startup, it displays the following message: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll error
How to fix it?

Hi,

I searched for the string "api-ms-win-crt" on the forum and got some similar hits.
Maybe there is a solution for you in there too.

In general, first download the msi installer and then run it from where you saved it.
Make sure you don't have older versions or the CE version installed.

You are posting on the QCAD Professional forum.
You should have recieved a link to your personal download area.
An msi or a zip file can be found there.

Try a manual installation with the archive / zip file packet:
deinstall the msi version
Download the 32bit ZIP Archive from your download link,
extract the file to C:\Program Files,
this will create a new folder below Program Files. Folder name qcad-3.27.6-pro-win32
open this folder with FileExplorer (Windowsexplorer) and start QCAD with a double click on qcad.exe
if it works, create a shortcut to qcad.exe for a more convenient use.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I don't think QCAD can install or run on your system. Frankly, I think your Windows installation is fundamentally broken and should be set up from scratch.
