How to rotate

Post by Kristof » Thu Jan 20, 2022 7:59 am

Good morning,

I recently purchased Qcad and am still exploring.

Now I had drawn a circle. On this circle I want to make 6 center points to drill holes.
These should be exactly apart as if you had divided the circle in 6. How can I place this centerpoint(circle of R2) in one go on these 6 places?

Hi,

One can copy the smaller circle at 180° and copy/rotate.

Select it and start Modify .. Rotate (RO)
Indicate the center around what to rotate.
In the dialog choose 5 copies at 60° each

Regards,
CVH
