Check Z value (in X,Y,Z - elevation height)

Post by BellaDaddy » Sun Sep 05, 2021 7:43 am

So Can I use(check) Z value(in X,Y,Z - elevation height) ?
Whether Qcad 2D , even less , I wish to handle checking(selecting) Z value on entities(blocks) like that user select Z to 0 or Z to original data(remained) if user wants ?
please consider this.
thanks. ^^
(excuse me on not good English sentences , I am Korean)

This preference might be what you are looking for:
Edit > Application Preferences > Widgets > Property Editor > Display Z coordinates

You can then display and change Z coordinates in the property editor:

Is it possible to set the z-value to 0 for all layers except some layers(Contour line, elevation point) at once?

Hi, please one question per topic. See forum rules at the top.

No, one can't set coordinate values that are inherited by layer.

One can select all entities on a layer and set the Z value of the selection by the Property Editor.
Without selection right-click on the layer in the Layer List and choose Select Layer Entities (Y+).
