text/label angle

Is it possible to customise label angle for dimensions (other than horizontal ones) so that the label is always horizontal? regardless of dim orientation

Only ISO dimensions are currently supported by QCAD. Forced horizontal labels are planned for the next (snapshot) release.

BTW I am already waiting for one that would address issue of path difference between linux and windows for inserted images,

We will release a new snapshot once these things are fully implemented and all unit tests pass.
