Changing upper / lower limits

1. Select the dimension(s) to add a tolerance to.
2. In the property editor (View > Property Editor), enter the lower and upper value to display as shown here:

Adding text to a dimension label

Alternatively, you can add a tolerance (or any text) by changing the property Label. For example change the property Label to:

<>±0.1

This will display the measured value (<>) and ±0.1 as the dimension label:
