Relative zero: In which ways is a locked relative zero point indicated?

Post by sirek » Thu Apr 22, 2021 4:19 pm

Which ways are there to tell if relative zero is locked or not?

So far I've found out I can go to the Snap menu and look there, or at the Lock relative zero button if I choose to display the Snap toolbar.

Are there other ways? I was thinking it would be nice if there was an option to have the relative zero point change color when it's locked for example.

I don't believe there is a way to change the color of the relative zero point based on its lock status. You could post a request in the Suggestions and Feedback forum and perhaps a moderator would agree that it's a worthy request and then you could put it in the bugtracker as a feature request.
