Hi all,
I am trying to work in QCad some Polylines that I drawn in Autocad.
I saved the file in Autocad as DXF, but I can't open or import it in QCad.
A message of "Importation error" apears.
I attached the DXF file (created on Autocad 2018)
There are only Polylines.
QCad/Cam (trial version)
Version: 3.26.1.0 (3.26.1)
Qt Version: 5.13.2
x86_64
MSVC++ 14.0 (2015)
My Operating System is Windows 7 Professional (64 bits).
I tried a lot and I could done it just once, but now I can´t remember how I did it.
I am very new on this, I started using Qcad due to an add-on wich helps me a lot. (Export Polylines coordinates to CSV file).
Thanks in advance!

Re: I can´t Import/Open DXF from Autocad to QCAD/CAM
The file opens (File > Open) or imports (File > Import) just fine here. What is the exact error you are getting (exact message or screenshot)?
Re: I can´t Import/Open DXF from Autocad to QCAD/CAM
It worked. I discover the problem was the layer.
It looks like Qcad only opens if objects are not in layer 0.
Other problem was, that i couldn't see the polylines in the inicial view when I tried with the correct layer. I forgot they where out of that inicial QCam view and I should zoom out .
Thanks again. As you said, It should work with "open file" or "import", and it did!
