Is it Possible to import jpeg clip art to cad/cam drawing grid?

Yes, inserting not importing.
Menu Draw .. Insert Bitmap. (or type IM)
This can not be saved in a dxf file so you need to keep both files together..
One can set the drawing order so the bitmap is behind the drawing entities.
One can also set the Alpha channel of bitmaps.
Also Scale, Move, Copy, Rotate ...
