Hi all,
I'm relatively new to Qcad but am finding it VERY useful, still a long way to go but have a question that one of you Guru's might be able to help with.
I am in to RC model aircraft and am using Qcad specifically to aid me in this.
Question:
I have traced an elliptical wing using the spline tool but need to make another parallel line to this at a pre-set distance to represent the leading edge location.
I am trawling through the help files but as yet am still looking.
All help GREATFULLY accepted.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
Perhaps the offset tool is what you are looking for:
https://qcad.org/doc/qcad/latest/refere ... /OffsetPro
This works for polylines, splines, ellipses, etc. The result is a polyline.
If not, please provide a screenshot or file with more information.
