dimensions dont match whats drawn
can anybody tell me why my dimension text does not reflect what I've drawn. for instance i drew a line that is 12" in length, i go to dimension that line and the text says 10'-2 11/16". i checked my line with the point to point distance tool and it is indeed 12". please help me set my dimensions to match my drawing.

When you launch a dim an option bar pops up at the top of the Model_Space. Please doublecheck the scale for the dim. It should be, in your case, 1" = 1" or simply 1.
