I'm new to Q-Cad Professional and trying to scale a SVG file and can't figure out how to do so.

Menu...Select...Select All (TA)
For this the entities in question have to be able to get selected.
With a selection:
Menu...Modify...Scale (SZ)
The first references needed is the focus point.
See the instructions below in your screen, beside the mouse.
The rest is self explanatory I presume.
