There are several ways to insert a drawing into a document of your word processor. Which way works best depends on your word processor software and your specific requirements:

- Export your drawing as bitmap (File > Bitmap Export...). Bitmaps can be inserted into almost all word processors (Google Docs, Word, OpenOffice, etc.). This has the advantage that a bitmap looks exactly the same in all software applications.
- Export your drawing to SVG (File > SVG Export). This might or might not work, depending on your word processor. If your word processor supports SVG (e.g. OpenOffice), this might be the preferred method to bitmaps as SVG is scalable and therefore renders and prints at a superior quality, even when zooming in.
- Insert the DXF file directly into your word processor document. This might not work or yield unsatisfactory results as DXF support in word processors is typically very limited.
