Hi,
I migrate to QCAD and try to import some line types from Autocad and libraries I have.
Those contain *.lin files, but also *.shx and *.shp files.
I succeeded to "import" them by placing them in the linetypes/metric folder. They appear in the list, but only the dashes and dots are shown, not the symbols in between.
Could you tell me how to proceed with such an import ? Is it feasible ?
Thanks in advance for your reply,
Serge

Re: Import existing line types
Hi,
+1 year later ...
Still this is not known by many:
QCAD doesn't support the shp & shx files.
It stores its shapes in ltypeshp.cxf
