Which SVG version

Hello,

I'm converting a DGN file to SVG using QCAD command like tool.
Qcad Version: 3.16.5.0 (3.16.5)

Could you please assist, how can I exactly know which SVG version is crated during conversion (SVG 1.0, SVG 1.1, etc)

The version is stored in the "version" attribute of the SVG root tag (currently always 1.1).
