purchased, now...?

I just purcahsed QCAD. Do I have to uninstall the trial version and then reinstall the version I downloaded after I made the purchase? I'm used to getting a license code for software like this that has to be entered once purchased, but this doesn't seem to be the case for QCAD. Thanks in advance.

Hi, and welcome to the QCAD forum.

QCAD does not work with license codes.
After purchase you will receive a link to a personal download page.
From there, download your personal licensed version of QCAD Pro or QCAD/CAM for your system.

Yes, it is a good idea to delete/uninstall the QCAD trial version although not really required.
