Das Abspeichern eines Bockes in der Blockbibliothek wird mir nicht gestattet, wegen fehlender Administratorrechte.
Wie kann ich die ermöglichen/einstellen? Sind das eventuell die Win10-Admin-Rechte?

Windows issue.
Occurs when data sections of applications are also installed in the OS protected section.
The only way is to free access to that folder tree as Admin or System.
Should be feasible in the Win UAC.
Would not be advisable for the complete Qcad tree.

Navigiere einfach zu einem anderen Ordner z.B. unter C:\Dokumente und die Meldung wird nicht aufkommen.
Ich empfehle die Rechte NICHT zu ändern!
Tipp: Die Blockbibliothek ist ein Speicherort der über alle QCAD Versionen verwendet wird. Um keine extra Arbeit bei jedem QCAD update zu haben empfehle ich einen Ordner dafür unter Dokumente anzulegen. In den QCAD Applikationseinstellungen kannst Du dann einstellen wo dieser Ordner zu finden ist und diese Einstellung bleibt auch erhalten bei einem QCAD update.
