It is cool if like autocad and most of the cad softwares when i want modify a block i can do it in the in main drawing window.

Hi Jim. I sorta understand your question. You can edit the block when you select the block (in the block list) and click on the pencil. This opens a separate window that has the block in it's individual pieces.
If you wish to modify a block in the "main" view (model space) then you must select one of those blocks and explode it. Once you have made modifications then you should save as the same named block or save as a new block. If you save as same name block then that modification ripples thru the other same blocks with that same name.
