Trivial typos .js & site

Andrew,
expanding Flexpainter to handle polylines
I found two other trivial typos.

simple_create.js line 242
Two closing square brackets
simple_create.js line 243
Also a closing square brackets in extra after rel3

These are also reflected as such on the site.

Correction example 4 needs an extra Bracket in front.
But even then I can't get it to run.
Still busy in finding a solution.
Will start a new topic on that.
