Feature Request: Decimal Precision Control in QCAD

Hello QCAD Developers and Community,

After thorough exploration, it has come to my attention that QCAD cannot currently adjust the number of decimals after the point when incorporating area measurements. Specifically, when dealing with measures in the metric system, I've encountered challenges due to the absence of a feature allowing users to set the desired decimal precision.

In light of this, I propose implementing a feature that enables users to configure the number of decimals in area measurements. Such an addition would significantly enhance the precision and flexibility of QCAD, particularly for those engaged in projects that demand meticulous attention to detail.

I appreciate your consideration of this feature request and look forward to potential improvements in future updates.
