Where and how can we hire a QCAD script developer?

Hey, I work for an exhibition design company in Berlin an we're considering to hire a CAD/CAM Expert for developing a particular script for one step in our workflow of creating free forms which will be milled later on in the wood workshop.
The task of the script would be simplifying polylines which consist of arcs and lines
(the carpenter has an old mill, which crashes at to complex paths)
But we really don't know who and where to ask, if anybody can write that script for us and what this would cost.
Any ideas?
