We need only to translate User Manual...
We do not need to translate user interface, which do not contain hard english words.
I only want to translate user manual to russian, while I read user manual...
I don't like translations of programs because of possible mistakes.
We need only to translate User Manual

yes
i have written it long ago on my old account.
english words in Qcad are simple and non-complicated. there lots of fee dictionaries, e.g. translate.net for ms windows and e.g. stardict for a number of operating systems.
some words *must* be changed:
When i translated it to russian, i have changed following words:
pen -> crayon
snap, object snap -> positioning -- and this is especially actual for a commmon version of Qcad;
mouse -> cursor
...And I can not understand native interface at all! When i drew at first there was an English one - and it was my choice, because if I see a term at a very first time - I do not care if it is written on english (but I sure I wouldn't differentiate any Japanese letters and words).
So I'm choosing a flexible manual where native language can speed up the reading tremendously. But which still remains English terms.
