Printing the current view is not meant for very precise alignment. The view proportions in all likelihood don't match the paper proportions, so QCAD has to compromise. For precise alignment on paper, you really need to work with the print preview or with print layouts:

A few things what I noticed ...
The drawing in Model_Space has metric proportions and I think you used for printing an imperial paper size (ANSI A Letter) instead of ISO A4. That is close .... but not close enough.
The pdf is metric.
