you need to convert the drawing unit. The tool can be found below Menu/Edit/Convert Drawing Unit.

Note: Changing the Unit below Drawing Preferences will change e.g. a 100 mm line to a 100 inch line.

One possibility could be that QCAD is in a Full screen mode. Try to toggle back witch the F11 key on your keyboard or use the Menu

@husky Ja das hatte ich schon probiert, ändert allerdings nur die Ausgabe der Bemaßungen. Wenn Du "Gradianten" für Winkelangaben verwendest werden z.B. für einen viertelkreis 100g angezeigt. Richtig? Verwende mal beim rotieren oder anderen Winkelangaben den Wert 100g und schau mal was passiert .......
