Hello,
I have 2 questions about the use of blocks:
1 - Is there a way to edit a block in the same plane? (not to be opened in a new window)
2 - Is there a way to change the color of a block? (although the lines are colored "by layer")
Thanks.

QCAD for an architect
Hello, I am considering purchasing Qcad, but not if it meets my needs. I wish I could download Architectural drawings made Qcad. This way I can know how it is used. I can not find the tools that are: - Accumulated dim: to draw a drawing of rethinking of concrete, for example. ( http://www.ribbonsoft...

Plan with drawings at multiple scales
The blocks should be scaled to without changing the measures.
These blocks can be called "drawings". Each drawing can be created in the file or in an external file.
Greetings

I think I do not understand the problem (maybe I'm a little bit tired). If you scale an object, it is obvious that you scale the quote too. You understand perfectly. It happens that the goal of escalating the bloc is to generate drawings at different scales within the same plane. QCad is excellent ...

The short answer is that this is something you should not do in CAD. Everything should be constructed 1:1 and only scaled for printing in the print preview, which does not modify the drawing in any way. The problem is that some planes need drawings at different scales. I tried building blocks when ...

Plane with blocks at different scales
Hello,
I would draw a plane with blocks at different scales. The problem is that the heights are modified (do not measure the bloc original)

Thank you

Like with Autocad, you have to choose one principal scale (for example, 1:100) and you'll scale the others according to it (1:50: scale factor 2, 1:20: scale factor 5). If you have quote you'll explode them and modify the height (it's not very clean, but it's the only method I know) Bye, Corrado Th...
