I checked the drawing and the behavior is unexpected. I think you found a bug ... You used for scaling formats like 1" = 64" or 1:15. Correct? Looks like QCAD accepts right now only decimal scales like 0.015. Everything else will be overwritten by a scale of 1 and isn't fixable with the Property Edi...

Vector representation mean need to draw the logo ? or it can be done something using bitmaps ? A vector representation would be a sort of drawing and is stored always IN the dxf/dwg file. If you use a bitmap then it is never stored IN the dxf/dwg file (drawing). Basically there is only a link store...

The current QCAD Version doesn't support multiple Layer or Block selection in either List.
May I ask you why you need this option?

You can hide the Status Bar below Menu / View / Status Bar or just use the Keyboard Command GS ...

Note: in QCAD you can start almost any tool at almost any time without terminating the current tool.

wo oder wo nicht ein Werkzeug integriert sein soll kann in den Allgemeinen Werkzeugeinstellungen vorgegeben werden.

You can use the "Parallel" (below Menu/Draw/Line) or the "Offset" (below Menu/ Modify) tool - depends on what you need regarding your drawing.
