Re: Criar linhas ou arcos via ecmascrits, sem o uso do "simple.js"

Re: Criar linhas ou arcos via ecmascrits, sem o uso do "simple.js"

hi, Still in the Pre-Sales section?? Sure it fails. So far I know 'ShapeAlgorithms.createArcFrom3Points' takes 2-3 RVectors as input. It has no means to break an 'obj' or whatever down into bits. What I see is that you are trying to use Arc3P.js and preset the users clicked points and other stuff. B...

Re: Criar linhas ou arcos via ecmascrits, sem o uso do "simple.js"

I would call that as: var newArc = ShapeAlgorithms.createArcFrom3Points( RVector1, RVector2, RVector3); a function in ShapeAlgorithms.js That returns an Rarc one still has to parse to the document in any way. Arc3P.js is the method that runs if we use: Menu/Draw/Arc/3 points (A3) and then start poin...

Re: Votes Please DXF Tile Option added to the Hatch Command

Hi, all, John stumbled on the limitation that hatches are merely line segments. AC 'SuperHatch' behave more like the old style hatching. :) This is not the first inquiry about that and I expect more to come. For me many small segments poses no problem. 8) I can tune my CNC driver to go steady fast a...

Maybe solved by searching for "mouse"

Note that the vertex order is somewhat unintuitive (as per DXF spec):
Yes, allready noted, the vertex 2 - 3 swapping.
And by that there is a midpoint reference for quadrilateral solids.
Somethimes they where clever in those days.

Re: Solids & faces & test protos

Ha... A "solid" is filled, a "face" isn't filled and the vertex order is different. Good thing you mentioned this, saw a remark deeper in the code about that. Cheked mine decoction: A: The face section was an excact copy of the solid section. No in Explode.js it isn't, my bad  must have paste ...

Re: Solids & faces & test protos

Thanks Andrew, All my best for this and the years to come to you and yours. 'Interpolating' Solids and Faces went fine. Used the Qcad Explode,js as a guide. I was just wondering: :? A: The face section was an excact copy of the solid section. Edit: Noop it isn't B: I knew only about 3 ...

Re: Modify polyline

Hi, Really, you know its entity 12? What I see you do, is picking the first polyline segment and alter its startpoint. Then you have a separated clone of the segment of the RLine type or RArc type. Where you altered the startpoint from. IMHO this is no ModifyObjectsOperation. For that ...

Re: Leader arrow vanishing

Questions: 1. ... 2. What for is this scaled Leader exercise good? If you really want to know: The Tile2Hatch addon interpolates all selected within a Tile to bare line-segment, Dots or Xlines. Something we generally do by repeated explosions apart from that Arcs get interpolated too. For that I am...

Re: Leader arrow vanishing

Husky, Your example is if a scaled arrow won't fit twice. That we can call intended behaviour. Mine was if the scaled arrow will fit but not if the scale factor would be 1. Apart from that it isnt 1. Fiddling arround it get more strager. You can not set an arrow if the scale is too large. (I see Qca...

Re: Leader arrow vanishing

Every dimension type has this scale factor. Just using it. Another use would be several text size in dims on one drawing... What happens is that the arrow flag is killed while saving to dxf. And this if an arrow with scale 1 doesn't fit the first leader leg. But a scaled arrow would fit... SOIT, lik...
