Re: Free Stand Alone Basic Hatch Pattern Tool *Full Version*

I added the drawings as a visual reference.. Yes I know and I think that is a good idea ... To my knowledge often are svg used to represent icons etc.. As you know - svg's are tolerant to size changes ... To change the width of the actual application would require me to reprogram... The text...

Is there any way to do this? Thanks :)
Yes. Print in Full color mode and make sure your Application Preferences match this settings:

Re: Free Stand Alone Basic Hatch Pattern Tool *Full Version*

Hi John, thank you very much! Question: I was going to test your Basic Hatch Tool on a Win10/64 with a 1920x1080 resolution monitor. Unfortunately it is a bit difficult to recognize the example drawings with the annotations. Do I have any possibility's to enlarge the tool window? Husky-2020.08.12-03...

Re: Any thoughts on the best or native file type to save my drawings in?

An internet search will give you all info what you need to see the differences between dwg and dxf. Howsoever - in short: What the best format is for you depends on further exchange/processing. If you need it only for yourself with QCAD - it doesn't matter. If you need it for yourself but you need t...

Re: Orphan target, Can't get rid of.

According to the screenshot that is the "Relative Zero" mark. That is what is used by QCAD by many construction task and it will follow you during the entire drawing progress to make the Relative Zero position usable. You can move it, you can lock it but you can't delete it. It is also not related t...

Re: Green Coordinate Text ?

That is triggered by the Function Key "F8" on your Keyboard ...

It is a multi mode switch - hit it multiple times until it suits your needs.

Re: What Commands Can be Pasted into the command line?

Because our decimal separator is a comma, so we can not use a comma as list separator. This is common for most of our Apps, remember the XLS to transform Hatch pattern files. And then there are apps out there which gives the user the power to chose the separator by himself - like MS-Excel. Hmmmm, w...

Re: What Commands Can be Pasted into the command line?

Andrew calls it a mess and he is aware of that issue. And again, everything on a fresh installation 8 hours ago. Simply trying to help someone with inserting a library item corrupted my Qcad.ini https://qcad.org/rsforum/viewtopic.php?f=89&p=28988#p28988 Hmm, Andrew never mentioned that to me .... a...

Hope this makes sense :-) If I understood it correctly ..... then yes. Let see if we are dancing on the same stage ... Based on your...
