Re: Transaktion fehlgeschlgen

Re: Circle Options bar

Ok, you lost me. Without a solid example I can't reproduce the issue. There is no software product out there which concentrates all mouse, icon or shortcut action only in one location.

Re: Circle Options bar

I have to admit that I have a problem to understand the problem .... QCAD is extreme flexible to arrange the workspace. To have a limited space is an argument but honestly sooner or later everybody of us is likely to run out of monitor space. Me too and my monitor is not THAT small with 22". ...

Re: Circle Options bar

If you have a better way to accomplish this, I would appreciate your comments. Ok, here are my two cents:  I would like to see a coordinate entry on the options bar, particularly for a circle. Take circle, center - diameter for instance. If you can use existing geometry, no sweat. If you have...

Re: Transaktion fehlgeschlgen

Hallo,

ich bin mir ziemlich sicher das der für die Bemaßung genutzte aktive Layer unsichtbar, gefroren oder gesperrt war.

Re: Reference Issue

If your goal is to snap to the absolute zero crosshair then you have to turn on the snap grid.

Re: Keeping layer visibility settings in views?

Is it possible to have views not only store the a position and zoom-factor but also layer setting, specifically which layers are visible? Nope - not in the current QCAD Version. However - you can already create particular views and different Layer States BUT there is no connection between those two...

Re: Layer change, searching for older savestate

If you are talking about the "Kopieren/Verschieben tool then double check your settings for "Aktueller Layer / Attribute" in the dialog window.
If that is checked it will put everything on one (actual) layer.

Re: Layer change, searching for older savestate

Hi, I'm pretty sure you won't like my answer. If you don't saved Layer States and you saved and closed the drawing then there is no way to reload a previous version of the drawing status. Exceptions: - you are still in the same session (the file wasn't closed) then you can go back with the un...

Which property is making the line render so thick? What am I missing?
That is a Polyline with customized width. That's not the layer line weight.

Re: line from 2 points not working

If a tool offers options in an option bar please make sure that you choose the correct options. Your example drawing shows that you draw rays - not infinitive lines. The option bar offers "Line Segment", "Infinitive Line" and "Ray". Husky-2019.06.10-01.png In this case click "Line Segment" and you a...

Re: options not shown for line from 2 points

If you can't use the "automatic generated" absolute zero point then feel free to move it to a more appropriate point at ANY time. What you are locking for belongs into the category Snap point. You can find snap tools below Menu/Snap and this particular one is called "Set Relative Zero' (RZ). There i...
